money-hub is used by one person, its owner, for their own data only.
With the owner's consent, given at their bank, it reads account information through Enable Banking: the accounts the owner linked, their balances and their transactions. It also stores the transaction exports the owner uploads from their bank, and the categories, notes and tags the owner adds.
It has read-only access: it cannot make payments or change anything at the bank.
Only to show the owner their own finances (totals, categories, balances, recurring payments) and to let the owner analyse their own data, including with an AI assistant of their choice. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with anyone else.
Data is stored in a private database hosted in the European Union, with encrypted backups in the European Union. Access requires secret tokens and a password; all connections use HTTPS.
The owner can revoke the bank access at any time, at their bank or in Enable Banking, and access ends by itself when the consent expires. The owner can delete the stored data at any time.
